What is it?
CarePoint Community Champions is our newly launched sponsorship campaign to help us provide continuous care to our patients. With monthly support we are able to better plan and prepare for the needs and expansion of our clinic.
How can I help?
Become a monthly Community Champion with CarePoint Clinic to help provide vital medical and dental care to the Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas. As little as $20 per month can provide a comprehensive yearly examination for one patient.
